- Customer order management organized, warehouse and inventory accounting configured:

Order classification by status organized: "in progress", "ready for assembly", "assembled", "ready for shipment", "shipped", "paid", and others. Some statuses are filled automatically where possible — "provided", "shipped", "paid", etc.;

Added "Shipping List" document to organize the process of physical assembly of goods in the warehouse for customer orders;

Organized the process for rapid generation of purchase orders to suppliers based on customer orders, in both management and financial accounting;

Configured automatic ABC-classification of goods.

Implemented fully automated loading of price lists from suppliers and stock balances at supplier locations.

Transport logistics automated:
- Automated delivery of goods to customers. (transport requests, route sheets, transport load planning);
- Performed integration of BAS with "SkyRiver".

Integration of BAS with "Bitrix24" website: importing orders from the website to BAS, exporting prices and stock balances to the website;
- Website support services performed: connected "Google Tag Manager" for "E-Commerce" analytics.

Implemented CRM 1.4 configuration by Rarus:
- The following business processes have been automated, with work organized "by tasks" (rather than "by documents") within these processes:
- Performed integration with "Binotel" virtual PBX.
- Lead management process automated.
- Sales funnel for leads implemented with data on offers (commercial proposal), shipment, payment, and gross profit; Breakdown by: information sources (website, prom.ua, etc.), managers, leads;
- SMS-mailing setup for counterparties upon document status changes.

Organization of automatic SMS notification delivery upon document status changes (Example of SMS by document status: "Order accepted", "Order is being assembled", "Order ready for shipment", etc.).

- Management payroll calculation automated.
