ABC classification of goods - allows you to classify the goods in terms of importance:
"A-class" is a product which in the total amount of all sales is 70%;
"B-class" is a commodity, in the sum of all sales is 20%;
"C-class" is a commodity, in the sum of all sales is 10%.
"B-class" is a commodity, in the sum of all sales is 20%;
"C-class" is a commodity, in the sum of all sales is 10%.

The document "ABC-classification of goods" was created (Figure 1). To perform the distribution of goods in order of importance on the main "Distribution" tab, you must click the "Fill" button.
In the column "ABC-classification old" we see the previous classification.
In the column "Parameter Value" is the amount of sales for a period that determines the value of the importance of the product. Here there may be "the amount of profit.

The "Parameters" tab is used to fill the criteria of distribution by importance in percentage terms.
For example, for a product to fall into the category "A-class", then it must be in the list of goods, which brings 70% of sales. Similarly other categories.

After the document "ABC-classification of goods" is carried out, the degree of importance is stored in the nomenclature card.

If you click on the hyperlink "A-class", you will see the history of the change in the degree of importance of the goods (Figure 4).

Data on the importance of the item can be used in reports. An example of the "Sales" report in Fig. 5.
You can group the goods according to their importance and selections. It is necessary to make changes in such a report.
