Blog: Why Do You Need ITS?


The main type of support for users of BAS software products Accounting, UA-Budget and much more. ITS PROF contains a complete list of support services required for full-fledged work with programs, namely:
  • Access to the online service "Software Update" full access to the online database of the service "ITS";
  • Access to the online service "consultation line";
  • Access to the online service "RDI SERVICE";
  • Access to the online service "FREDO report" for legal entities;
  • Access to the online service "FREDO DocMen";
  • Access to the online service "auditor consultations" (12 consultations);
  • Service "LECTURE" (Eye visit, ONLINE ACCESS, video viewing).
Irregular maintenance (a break of one month or more) necessitates additional work on the consistent updating of software products, integrity checks, testing and correction of databases, connection of services and other regulatory procedures. These works require additional labor and time and create inconvenience for users.
In order to provide favorable conditions for regular and continuous support of users of "1C:Підприємство", as well as to encourage users who regularly and without interruptions enter into contracts ITS Ukraine PROF, in July 2015 launched a loyalty program.
Loyalty program prices are applied to users automatically. For the registration number for which the current ITS Ukraine PROF agreement is executed and for the related registration numbers, the duration and expiration date of the preliminary ITS Ukraine agreement are analyzed. If there is a break of 1 month or more between the contracts, the prices under the loyalty program are not used.
Please note that the loyalty program applies only to ITS contracts of Ukraine at the level of PROF. For other types of contracts (TECHNO, for remote office, upgrade from TECHNO to PROF, CEO "FREDO Report") standard prices are used.
Standard prices are used for users who first sign an ITS Ukraine PROF contract (without using the grace period). Such users will be able to participate in the loyalty program when renewing the ITS Ukraine PROF contract.

The difference between ITS Techno and PROF

Information technology support (ITS) is an integral part of effective work with BAS software products and other business automation systems. It provides legal updates of programs, consulting support and access to useful materials for users.
When purchasing BAS software products, users receive 3 months of free ITS, which allows them to evaluate the benefits of this service. After this period, the question arises of continuing the subscription and choosing between its different versions.

Main types of ITS contracts:

ITS Techno: provides the opportunity to legally update the program, receive one consultation per month and access to certain sections of the ITS Ukraine information system.

ITS PROF: provides the maximum range of services, including unlimited consulting support, access to all information system materials, participation in seminars and other events.

The choice between ITS Techno and ITS Prof depends on the needs of your business:

ITS Techno suitable for small businesses with limited budgets that need basic updates and minimal support.
ITS PROF recommended for companies seeking a full range of services, including ongoing consulting support, access to all materials, and participation in professional events.
If your business requires regular updates, ongoing support, and access to all ITS capabilities, investing in ITS Prof will be justified. Otherwise, ITS Techno may be enough for basic needs.

Information and technology support Retro

The Trade Enterprise Management and Production Enterprise Management programs are programs of the previous generation that require additional resources to maintain and release up-to-date updates. Therefore, the developer from 01.07.2021 translates it into support for the RETRO level.
From July 1, 2021, technical support of software products of UTP and UVP is carried out only in the presence of the current ITS Retro. "ITS Retro" includes all services "ITS PROF":

  • access to the online program "Software Update" for programs supported by "ITS Retro";
  • full access to the online database of the "ITS Information System" service;
  • access to the online service "Consultation Line";
  • access to the online service "RDI Service";
  • access to the online service "FREDO Report" for legal entities;
  • access to the online service "FREDO DocMan";
  • access to the online service "Auditor Consultations" (12 consultations);
  • "Lecture" service (face-to-face visit, online access, video viewing).

Electronic Reporting Service "FREDO Report"

The new service "FREDO Report" is integrated with system programs for filing financial statements in electronic form to government fiscal services and other regulatory authorities. Securely protected with confidential information, correlates the exchange of documents between counterparties, completely eliminating unauthorized access and corrections.

To use the "FREDO report" it is necessary to have the necessary certificates and electronic keys. The service works around the clock 24/7, even on holidays and weekends. To optimize the work there is no need to replace or restore all the software in the enterprise, just buy the "FREDO Report" at an affordable price, supported by all the typical programs of the line "1C:Підприємство".


FREDO Report: benefits of the new service:
  • expanded package of regulated reports for pension fund, statistics and tax services;
  • digitized seal and signature of officials on documents;
  • check for correctness in automatic mode;
  • direct sending without the need to create intermediate files;

FlyDoc

FlyDoc is a special module for convenient and fast exchange of electronic documents from BAS programs. It is installed directly into your accounting system, which significantly simplifies electronic document management and saves employees’ time.

FlyDoc provides the following features:
  • transfers information through the PTAH platform — a standardized service for exchanging documents between users of FlyDoc, M.E.Doc, SOTA, and FREDO. This ensures stable and uninterrupted document exchange;
  • only the sender and the recipient have access to the documents. All information is transmitted from BAS in encrypted form using an electronic digital signature (EDS), which ensures confidentiality and legal validity of the documents;
  • supports sending documents in XML and PDF formats, allows adding attachments, and creating accounting documents directly in BAS based on already sent or received files.

Service "Pactum.Counterparty" for automated filling of counterparty cards


Service "Pactum.Counterparty" allows to fill in (update) information about the contractor in the automation system of the enterprise on the basis of open state registers.
The Pactum.Counterparty service provides the following opportunities:
  • automated filling of the counterparty card in accordance with the entered EDRPOU code (DRFL) with data contained in the unified state registers: name, legal address, telephone, head, data on the taxation system;
  • filling in the counterparty card is available both from the form of creating a counterparty card in the directory and from the form of creating a primary document - invoice, consignment note, certificate of work performed.

Pactum.Counterparty service is valid until one of the events - the expiration date or until the maximum number of requests is reached:

  1. Business-2200 - valid for 12 months from the date of activation or until the moment of debiting 2200 cards from the balance;
  2. Business-1200 - valid for 6 months from the date of activation or until the moment of debiting 1200 cards from the balance;
  3. Business-300 - valid for 3 months from the date of activation or until the moment of debiting 300 cards from the balance.


RDI SERVICE is a new regulatory information service of the ITS IS


The RDI Service allows you to automatically update standard application solutions:

  • regulated information on tax rates and fees;
  • inflation indices;
  • exchange rates;
  • classifier of banks;
  • classifier of professions;
  • classifier KOATUU (Classifier of objects of administrative-territorial organization of Ukraine);
  • UKTVED classifier (Ukrainian classification of goods of foreign economic activity);
  • classifier DKPP (State classifier of products and services);
  • classifier of grounds for dismissal under the Labor Code.

 Also "RDI Service" allows to deduce information in the special form:

  • terms of payment of taxes and fees, terms of submission of financial, tax, statistical reports by means of the accountant's calendar;
  • news (including the release of new versions and reports) from the site of the service "ITS Information System".

To access the RDI Service, you must:
  1. independently or with the help of a service company to register the software product with the right holder, as well as in the Personal account of the user on the ITS Portal
  2. have a valid ITS PROF contract (paid or preferential).

For users who have a valid ITS PROF contract (paid or discounted), the RDI Service ITS service is provided free of charge from the moment the service is launched until the end of the current ITS PROF contract.
