Automotive sales company. Integration with the Binotel virtual PBX in the Alfa-Auto configuration

Tasks completed within the project:

1. Integration of "Alfa-Auto" with the virtual PBX "Binotel".

• Standard integration functionality (outgoing calls, downloading call history, synchronization of counterparties, missed calls) ;

• Automatic raising of the client card when there is an incoming call;

• Automation work with leads.
