Integration of the "WebCheck" service with BAS software, "UTP", "UPP" configurations

Functional capabilities of the "WebCheck" service: 

Generation of receipts in "BAS";

Offline mode capability;

Generation of X-reports, Z-reports, and periodic reports.

How fiscal receipt registration works

Fiscalization of receipts is carried out as follows:

 

1. During a commercial transaction, the WebCheck PRRO receives data from the "BAS" accounting system;
2. It generates and sends the receipt for registration to the State Tax Service server;
3. The fiscalized electronic receipt is returned back to "BAS";
4. Printing and sending directly from "BAS" to the customer's email. 

Receipts and reports are stored locally in the internal database of the WebCheck PRRO, on the user's computer or the company server.

The solution is compatible with standard configurations:

• BAS Accounting;
• BAS KUP. BAS Integrated Enterprise Management;
• BAS ERP. BAS Enterprise Resource Planning;
• UTP. Management of a Trading Enterprise;
• UVP. Management of a Manufacturing Enterprise;
• Other configurations.

The possibility of integrating the service into other configurations must be discussed.

Integration cost: 9000 UAH, including 1800 UAH – the annual license cost for one cash register in the "WebCheck" service.
