  • Resembles mainstream chat applications like "Telegram" or "Viber": Users easily adapt to using the internal chat within the BAS database.
  • Does not require programming modifications: Installation of the "Interaction System" is performed, connecting it to the BAS database, followed by initial configuration.

1. Internal chat in the BAS database with all necessary features:
  • User ability to manage a list of user groups and individual chats;
  • Users can independently set their account name in the chat, contacts, and status (available, do not disturb);
  • Chat conversations with the ability to compose messages and attach files;
  • Visibility of group participants in the chats.

2. Organizing correspondence with attachments to specific documents and reference items.

All correspondence is displayed within the data form. When opening a document, all associated comments can be read. In the screenshot below, an example is provided of how this appears—there is a section on the right for viewing correspondence. By default, the correspondence section is collapsed. If there are messages, the button label 'Discussion' shows the number of messages to indicate that there are comments related to the document. Clicking on this button expands the correspondence section, as shown in the image below.

Maintenance of accounting systems at IC "Providna"
The project for maintaining accounting systems at the insurance company "Providna" lasted for 3 years, starting from July 2020 to August 2023.
