"AUTOGROUP". Implementation of additional services in the "Alfa-Auto" accounting system
Completed tasks within the project:
1. Integration of "Alfa-Auto" with the virtual PBX "Binotel".
- Implementation of standard functionality (outgoing calls, downloading call history, synchronization of counterparties, missed calls);
- Automatic raising of a client cardwhen an incoming call.
- Organization of analytics by department for calls, missed calls, leads.
2. Organization of automatic mailings SMS messages according to events in the "Alfa-Auto" database Sending SMS messages to Viber.
3. Automation of calling clients based on compiled lists.
Additional settings in document "Telemarketing", configuration "Alfa-Auto, version 6":
- Organization of outgoing calls from the document "Telemarketing". Recording call status - completed/not ;
- A link to the conversation recording is fixed;
- Opportunitydescribe the essence conversation on every call.
4. Integration with the catalog "GAI"/"MREO" , which made it possible to organize:
- organization of automatic filling out car data in "Alfa-Auto" data from the catalog baza-gai.com.ua ;
- automatic filling of the directory “Car Models" at "Alfa-Auto".
5. A number of other tasks for additional configuration of "Alfa-Auto".
We are grateful to the management of the Autogroup company for the opportunity to work with their excellent team of experienced auto business automation specialists. We have gained excellent experience and plan to further develop the automation of the auto service business.
