"1C:Підприємство" 7.7: How to save the configuration file for sending to the NCT support service

The configuration file is the file "1cv7.md", which is located in the directory where the database is located.

Fig. 1 shows how to determine the directory where the database is located.

Then opens "My Computer" and follow the link to the database directory. When we moved to the database directory, we find the file "1cv7.md" (it is the only file in the database directory) and send this file by e-mail to the support service "NCT", email: info@nct.ua. Before sending this file, you can archive it.
